Norpak compliments the vocational support opportunities for people.  Norpak provides services to people with an intellectual disability to achieve their personal goals especially as they relate to work and to promote relevant skills which facilitate people’s participation in the typical and valued life in the community. 

Norpak provides a supportive work environment where people can have a meaningful day participating and learning skills that will contribute to the promotion of people to community based employment.  To enable this transition, Norpak works in conjunction with Alliance Personnel.

We firmly believe that people with an intellectual disability can be productive and can contribute to the economic life of the community.
